So, I have a role in a DVD special feature on The Friday the 13th re-release! DVDs with all-new commentaries and features are coming out on JUNE 16. I have a part in the mockumentary ‘Crystal Lake Memories’, a DVD special feature shot by Dan farrands, as a small-town waitress who knows all about Jason.
You can get those DVDs everywhere online and in stores on June 16, and if you are in Los Angeles prior to that, THIS Friday, you can see all three movies on the big screen at the New Bev… and, it’s rumored they might even show the mockumentary!

This past Friday night I appeared on my friend Bridget’s TV show ‘Brunch with Bridget’, which airs on the LOGO Channel! (that’s the GAY channel, for all you homophobes. GAY!)
Bridget is a really hot comedian and her show is a talk show which takes place on her BED.
With Bridget’s help, I give a tutorial on shooting the infamous horror shower scene and explains why romantic comedies are just like slasher films. I also reveals she’s gay (I’m not) and explains her deep love for Megan Fox (who I hate).
Confused? Then watch the episode figure it all out.
I was SO honored to be on the show. Wanna watch it? Here it is!
You can catch me on the next episode of Rue Morgue Radio airing May 29, 2009, as I talk to the knowledgable FEEDBACK about my short horror/drama film Wretched, Pretty/Scary, and a bunch of other crap in my life while he tolerates me with a very gentelmanly British accent!
This is issue #90. What's awesomest is that they have a whole feature on NAZI ZOMBIES in there also; how did I get so lucky????????!
ALSO: The June 1, 2009 issue (#90) of Rue Morgue Magazine features a review of Wretched in the CINEMACABRE section under Abbreviated Terrors . Since I haven’t mentioned it enough, Wretched stars legendary redneck/man of mystery Joe Bob Briggs and the-woman-of-a-thousand-commercials Jaime Andrews and is scary and awesome because I made it!
I know you probably didn’t read Rue Morgue before, because they had never mentioned me. But now that they have, you are obligated to buy the magazine, if only to make yourself feel more complete.
My friend Jessica just showed me this new amazing technology! Using this handy dandy chart created by NASA and Harvard University, you can now easily determine whether an upcoming film will suck or not!
This weekend, you may wonder whether to go see Terminator Salvation or not. How will you know if it sucks? There are three helicopters in the trailer, and one of them explodes. So, by consulting this scientific reference chart, we can probably safely predict that the movie will rate pretty high in suckiness.
Check out the trailer for Reyna Young’s new horror documentary about women called Welcome to My Darkside. You’ll notice me in there. Though I have an objection to the over-use of the term ’scream queen’, we want you to develop your own opinion about the film.
It’ll be playing alongside some great female-helmed/oriented films including Pretty Bloody, in which I appear as an interviewee. Pretty/Bloody is a documentary about women in horror by Donna Davies and Kimberly McTaggert.
Wretched will also be playing alongside Liz Adams’s Side Effect and Devi Snively’s Death In Charge, which is a huge honor, because both those films are way better than mine.
Tonight! Thursday, March 26th, at @ Midnight Eastern, 9PM Pacific Time, I’ll be interviewed on The Graveyard Show by The Caretaker.
caretaker.graveyardshow.com is a podcast radio show shocasing talented people in horror films (you’ll have to decide if I’m talented or not for yourself, apparently they think so). March was their ‘women’ month and I’m the last entry, because I rock. Go listen!
Hell, if you miss it, you can always go back and listen later. It’ll be up there!
